And for the record, a moderator is akin to a referee... Conventional wisdom says the best refs are the ones who you don't notice, who keep the game played in the correct manner and only step in when absolutely necessary, speaking to players rather than running around spraying red cards all over the place for minor indiscretions. That's my imparting of constructive criticism for the day, I can go back to being an utter twit now, just in time for work
