Is it? If you look back at the how long and frequently this has been going on. ACS has a history of trolling via PM. Can you say you know what he's up to? Surely you can't account for them, unless you are one of them? ACS does have multiple accounts. He's fast getting exposed as having all the characteristics of a troll. You can't possibly know how far his behaviour has pushed people. He's a troll, trolls can drive people to suicide. Bold statement yes. Overstatement? No mate.
If people choose to take their own life over a joke tag in a thread on a football forum then they aren't old enough to have unsupervised access to the internet and that is then a case of bad parenting.
I see where you're coming from fella but to be fair to Bri I think he's referring to persistant internet trolling (which this does seem to be fast turning into) as a whole, whether that be chat rooms, forums or twitter. What seems like an idiotic joke and inoffensive to some apparently pushes people to desperate measures. I'd say let's get back to talking football but the last thing I want to do at the moment is talk to a mag about football Arghhhhhhhhhhhh.
Its funny that you think a few tags are gonna lead to someone taking their own life. In what way do you want me to take responsibility Mr Bri? What would like me to do? Say I have posted immature tags? Yes I have. What are you after exactly? Its only a forum, get a grip.
Who says tagging is the full extent? What about acs's pms? what about his targeted Negative repping with evil comments? How do you know he isn't doing worse on multiple accounts and on other sites? By the way, there is such a thing a vulnerable adults you know? Trolling doesn't just affect children? Stop being so one dimensional and look at the bigger picture and the potential. They're evil, bullies like those should be banned and held accountable for their behaviour.
It's all got a bit serious hasn't it??? I personally see it as your board to manage so it's up to you guys to delete any tags you deem unacceptable which you've done. No problems with that Just think it should have been kept to the mod board rather than made public as it's been made in to a much bigger deal than it actually is IMO. Could lead to all Newcastle supports that post on your board receiving a hostile reception which I don't think is good for the board or site.

Look Bri it was certainly not my intention to bully you or GC. Most of it is just immature comments (like you yourself have posted on ours along with plenty others - you know who you are Comm ). I certainly didn't feel like you were bullying me when you posted stuff about me. I took it in the spirit of a joke. I can't see how I am responsible for setting an example though. Its just a forum. I think your lot clearly take the mod role very seriously. We tend to just see it as something of a tidying up exercise. i.e. when the forum ****s up and you get double posts, or threads need merged etc. Obviously we'll delete if you post racist stuff or porno etc. I myself never ask for bans although I'm sure others have. I just rarely see anything that upsets me on here. GC bored me a little with his constant immature GIFs a while back on a match thread, but it wasn't the end of the world or something I got upset at.
What does that mean, 'it's just a forum'? Do you believe that absolves you of any responsibility for what you say? Your friend believes it funny to encourage comments about incest and send sick pm's to people despite being asked not to. Is that acceptable as it's only a forum?
