Evening Bucks, i too am there tomorrow. Can't wait, meeting my friends in town for breakfast for a half 9 start....<yikes> Don't leave your race day in the bottom of the rum bottle tonight, lol.

Initial look at the cards looks like a few shorties in an acca(Vicky De LOasis/ Black River/ At Fishers Cross, then some tough handicaps. may add My Tent Or Yours for a 4fold too.

In the 13:20 i'm sure Stick will put up The Druids Nephew so the money burns hot in my account until we get the nod.

13:50 see's Aegean Dawn return after a 385 day absence having only his second run for Mr Walford after looking destined for the top when with Nicky Henderson. At 20/1 i'm prepared to chance that he retains his ability.

All over Rocky Creek for the Hennessy. My money is already down, And if my accumulators come in i may top up.

In the last the one that caught my eye was last years winner Ulck Du Lin, although i'm sure ROTO, who was all over it last year can advise us to bet or not.

I to like the druids nephew, also reckon a bold show from gassin golf in the following race.like others highland lodge appeals as a good option in the big one
Elsewhere heronshaw in 2 35 Bangor, mister marker in the 2 40 at Newcastle, and that monkey of a mule st Ignatius in the 7 20 at Wolverhampton-best of luck all - even pbew:p

Be interesting to see how Punjabi goes for David Pipe tomorrow - should be fitter than he's ever been <laugh> and might be worth an e/w dabble off a mark of 130

Wouldn't touch Ulck Du Lin tomorrow. If he wins this off 144 his season will be pretty much done from a handicap perspective.

Grandad's Horse is Invictus, also slightly sentimental.

It would bring the house down if he could do it Nass.

And what a nostalgic double if Punjabi could win the handicap hurdle - I'd :emoticon-0167-beer: to that :D

Tomorrow is a VERY exciting day for the forum as another one of my Five to Follow is being unleashed to hopefully maintain my 100% winning record! Three runners, three wins so far :emoticon-0103-cool: Great British public say hello to Vicky De L'oasis <diva>

    12.20 Newbury Vicky de L'Oasis 5/4 NAP
Willie Mullins won't be sending her over for the Newbury air you can be assured :emoticon-0103-cool:

    3.00 Newbury Lord Windermere 9/1
Last year we had 3 horses rated in the mid 160s who filled the first 3 places, this year doesn't look as good on paper. Lord Windermere really hasn't done much wrong and is jumping is a real asset which is vital in this. Paul Nicholl's Rocky Creek also appeals but I'll stick with last years RSA winner who should have come on a fair bit from that. The fact he has been kept off the track to save his handicap mark is telling.

In fact I've also chanced a few pence on Lord Windermere for the Gold Cup at 25-1 in hope of a good showing tomorrow. Very possible this may look daft come 3.15 but you never know!

Against my better instincts I've also gone a double on the Tent and At Fisher's Cross...I'm sure I'm not the only one going down this slippery slope <doh>

Ill try go through the card at Newbury tomorrow.
12.20 - Free Thinking - Bolted up on hurdle debut and the 2nd place has gone onto win this week.
12.50 - Black River - 2/2 over hurdle in France, receives weight from Valdez and trainer in a great patch of form.
1.20 - The Druids Nephew - Needs a decent trip, has great novice form with Hadrians Approach/Rolling Star/Grandisio. Started off like a dog LTO but ran on impressively, could potentially bolt up in this.
1.50 - Mischievous Milly & Saphir Du Rheu - MM gave weight away to the first 3 home in a listed race LTO and is clearly talented, trip should be fine and very interesting on handicap debut. SDR travelled like an absolute dream LTO until being outpaced 2 out. Again the trip should be fine and yard are on fire at present.
2.25 - At Fishers Cross - World Hurdle winner 2014 enough said
3.00 - Katenko & Opening Batsman - The manner of Katenko's previous 2 wins were simply amazing. Johns spirit has gone on to win the Paddy Power GC and Katenko was due to run in the Cheltenham Gold cup but haltered by colic. Possible Non runner unless there is some rain around tonight. Opening Batsman had a great season trading blows with Rolling Aces who went on to win a very good looking grade 2 in Ireland. Pulled up on previous 2 starts when well fancied so they must think this mark is workable and at a massive 40/1 with 5 places ill be having some of that.
3.35 - Tetlami - Very useful novice hurdler who made a decent transition to fences last year. Was going well when fell in the grand annual and on next appearance went off favourite bad jumped terribly the whole way around. If he can show the same sort of form as when winning the Scottish Arkle should stand a great chance and has Geraghty on board again who has won on him 5 times.

    Others of note:
Oscar Rock should hose up at Newcastle but is a poor price currently.
Fighting Fifth - Im already on Melodic Rendezvous and fancy him strongly. However it is interesting that there is plenty of money in for The Cockney Sparrow. If Mischievous Milly hoses up over at Newbury it could be worth chucking a few bob EW on her.
