Heinz Ketchup- absolute muck

Brown sauce- just no

Mustard- nope

Always have black peppercorns in the house and sea salt used in very small quantity.
Mayo is my fave, and definitely not Hellmans :emoticon-0119-puke: or supermarket branded ****
A good quality organic garlic mayo for chips and stuff.
Also,a good quality extra virgin olive oil is always around for Pizza, pasta, dipping etc. Use loads of it

Mayo is the spunk of the devil (or worse...the spunk of the French). Dread to think what goes into Mayo:

Some major condiment discrimination here. Very narrow minded and uncultured. When I have a mixed grill and receive a basket of condiment sachets, you won't find many untouched once I've finished.

French, English, dijon mustard. Red , brown and mayo on the chips. And unless I have the surf n turf, only the tartar sauce is left. <ok>

In complete contrast, I don't really touch them, I only use salt and vinegar on the chips.

If I spend a bit more on a good steak in a proper restaurant, I won't touch it with anything. I'll enjoy the natural flavour of the meat in its own juices.

The Gourmet Burger Kitchen do an amazing Bacon Mayonnaise btw. Practically a dish itself. <ok>

When paying £15+ for food, I like to taste said food <laugh>

Apart from on a burger, I've never really been a sauce fan.
