McDonalds, home of the ?able burger are dropping heinze because its owned by Burger King apparently.

Petty stuff isnt it. Mcdonalds will probably go bust now, Ketchup ( and mustard ) was about the only flavour they had.

If I spend a bit more on a good steak in a proper restaurant, I won't touch it with anything. I'll enjoy the natural flavour of the meat in its own juices.

The Gourmet Burger Kitchen do an amazing Bacon Mayonnaise btw. Practically a dish itself. <ok>

Interesting, and you're right. But I had a steak (medium rare) at Frankie and Benny's a few months back and put some horseradish on the side of the plate. The last couple of chunks I used the horseradish, and it was sound. But I do agree with your overall point that when paying for a cooked joint of meat in a restaurant, the last thing you should do is smother it with anything. I'm the same with gammon and mustard. Just a tad towards the end will do.

They are as follows:

HP Brown Sauce

Heinz Tomato Ketchup

Coleman's English Mustard (preferably powder)

Sarson's Malt Vinegar

Heinz Salad Cream

Black Peppercorns (for grinding)

Sea Salt (for grinding)

These are they. Accept no alternatives or generics.

Ah yes, the lower working class taste buds.... <whistle>

For me it is

BBQ sauce

Sweet Chilli dipping sauce

chilli mayo

black pepper mayo

reggae reggae sauce

BBQ jerk sauce

After that I agree with the pepper and salt for grinding and the odd bit of Sarson's, but since I don't have chips that often anymore, it a rare thing.

Not really condiment related, but bastard trick-or-treating-kids! I put all the Heroes and Celebrations in the bottom of bag, and I topped it up with two packs of Haribo cheapo stuff. Little ****s have dived straight to the bottom and taken all the good stuff, and left me with Haribo crap. ****ers!

Apparently (I went to the pub), they were knocking on and saying "Trick or money" round our way <yikes>

Salad cream- Vile

Heinz Ketchup- absolute muck

Brown sauce- just no

Mustard- nope

Always have black peppercorns in the house and sea salt used in very small quantity.
Mayo is my fave, and definitely not Hellmans :emoticon-0119-puke: or supermarket branded ****
A good quality organic garlic mayo for chips and stuff.
Also,a good quality extra virgin olive oil is always around for Pizza, pasta, dipping etc. Use loads of it <ok>

****ing fanny <ok> <laugh>
