Well, Roo, as I see it, the table will end like this: City Man United Chelsea Spurs Swansea Arsenal Everton 'Pool But, as I say, if 'Pool can maintain these results against the inferior sides, then they have a chance of finishing above Everton, and possibly the Gunners. I must say, though, that if Whinger does manage to acquire another CB and a half-decent striker, it's possible they could finish 5th. There's still a lot to be done in the TW.
Swansea won't finish 5th. They don't have the depth with Europey too. Liverpool look good though, think they will battle with us and Arsenal.
But who have they played? I don't think they have it in them to maintain top 4 form, even if Goofy stays and manages to get his head back into shape.
Agree on Swansea. Good side, mind. I think it's going to be very interesting this season. I don't think there'll be too much change overall, but I think Everton, Liverpool and Swansea will be a real nuisance to the teams at the top, in the sense that we'll see them pulling off results agains the ones at the "top", thus keeping the league tighter.
He made the predictions before any games. The result against palace has not changed his prediction on us but he's upgraded pool. Seems very logical to me. Pool have exceeded my expectations so far and we've done what was expected. I'm not just talking final scores either
It's not just about who they have played, but how they have played and the form they have shown since january. I'm not saying they will be top 4, but I think they will be mixing it between 5th and 6th, ready to pounce should either us or Arsenal suffer a dip in form. It normally takes a while for teams to adjust to Europe and prem, Swansea have only been in the league 2years, I can't see them getting top 4 just yet.
Agree re Swamsea, very good team IMO but you remember Newcastle when they had Europe? They couldn't manage it and ended up going down the pan, I think Swansea will manage it better than Newcastle, reckon Swansea will finish 8th or 9th.
So? We were always going to be favourites for 4th, 'Pool weren't. Just because a load of deluded Mousers annually put their mortgage on 'Pool winning the league and shorten the odds, doesn't mean it's going to happen, you know. All it proves is that the red Mouser remains as deluded as he ever was.
The bookies are in it for the money and pundits DL pundits! They just stick to regulation predictions it was only Shearer who backed Spurs last time and he's not exactly Einstein is he. How many are now predicting Chelsea for the title!
No one is betting on "Winner without Big 3" i.e. forth place. It's a tiny market and drawing conclusions from it is pointless.

Well done Spurs.Keep it up. By the way. There's a young whipper snapper scoring lots of goals in the MLS in the USA.Name of Robbie Keane!
I'm still convinced SkyBet are making up the transfers as they go along so punters pour more money into the Sky wallet via SkyBet. Very strange his SSN goes from being almost as reliable as clockwork to unreliable over the space of 3 years, which happens to coincide with SkyBet's expansion
