This Arsenal result is not a bad thing. It might help convince Wenger / The Board that they don't need to sign anyone.

I do like watching coutinho. He's a really clever player. Doesn't always come off for him, but he's full of ideas. I wish we had someone like him.

You have Soldado, will be similar stats at the end of the season imo. Ugly win for us today. Haven't been able to grind out results like this for years.

Yes, I will give you that, Zingy. A decent win, indeed.

you feeling ok Hiag? Praise for Liverpool?

someone call a doctor! <laugh>

Fair dos, Roo.

At the start of the season, I had 'Pool marked down for 8th, behind Everton in 7th, but I think that 'Pool might just have enough to pip Everton to 7th, and possibly Arsenal to 6th.

who have you got down for 5th?

I hate the way pundits are so keen to draw conclusions after two games of the season (when most of the leading sides have only played one <doh>)

Liverpool taking six points from 1-0 wins v two teams they (and half the league) should beat convinces me of nothing. The time to talk about them being challengers for 4th place or higher is if they are up there in April and May. Just a mere 60-65 points to get before then and before there is any point pontificating.
