Flamini is vastly experienced, theoretically at his peak, and has had a couple of injured seasons which, if you're feeling particularly optimistic, means he could play well until he's well into his 30s as his body has had that rest period similar to Rosicky. He would provide great RB & midfield cover, and shouldn't need much time to settle in as he knows Wenger, & the club, & the league very well. 75k is a highly believable figure with his experience, especially as he's coming in with no transfer fee. I see no reason why Arsenal wouldn't pay him that.
Probably.... .... Which means we will get Benzema, di Maria or Ozil (if Bale makes his move). They don't have enough space. Hmmm.
I said earlier that we'd spent the whole window praying that Real wouldn't bid for Suarez and now we're praying that they do What a bunch of fickle ****s we are. But it just shows how many twists and turns the transfer window has, which is why I've not joined the doom mongering about it, because there is still a way to go yet.
Everyone get on the Guardian website at 11-O0pm.One of the rumours is Suarez will sign a new contract with a £60m buyout clause
According to that guy, Tancredi Palmeri, Madrid are 100% interested and will pursue it till the last day if necessary.
The Guardian are saying that Fascist Madrid are going to put a bid in for the racist cannibal.I can call him that now we're no longer persuing him
