I have to agree with Piskie on this one. It's all getting very boring, the Bale saga is turning into a longer runner than The Mousetrap. I'm sure that whatever major events are going to happen from here on, will happen in the last few days of the window. Until then, best to ignore all the ****e.

There is a rumour from an ITK that speculates that there is a possibility of unconfirmed reports that suggests sources may reveal that there has been a lot of bollocks spouted this summer.

That ****ing money jar lid has been welded on, it's no wonder it's taking a while to get it off.

That makes it even worse that you have somehow managed to get the lid stuck on. Should be more careful :)

Thisn is where the transfer window is a load of nonsense in my opinion. Club's hold out till the last minute to either make a bid or to accept it and all it does is undermine the poor managers (again) because they either don't have the beenfit of a pre season bedding in with their new signing or, worse, they lose their best player when the season's actually started. I understand the reasons for the window (other than to make Sky sports look interesting in the summer of course) but this is not the greatest solution either.

There needs to be changes. A one month window (say last two weeks in July, first two in August in World Cup/European Championship years and only July in other years) would give the managers time and reduce all of the bullshit/tapping up etc.

It would just start while the season was going on.
The only way to stop the tapping up is to clamp down on the offenders and do something about these ****ing leeching agents

I don't think it's stoppable atm, the media will look for stories to fill their pages whenever the window is. This is the age of 'Opinion' everyone has one. Based on nothing or something it doesn't matter all are 'enititled' to their 'opinion'. Just take a look at the average comments list on an online newspaper. This will happen, that will happen, based on? Often based on nothing at all apart from the writers prejudice.

Just my opinion of course, which as you know I am entitled to. <laugh>

It's a bizarre view. It's not like everyone doesn't play each other. It also presumably means they have an easier run in and have the opportunity of building a big lead if they win all these games.

<doh> He only been in the job five minutes and he's already become unbearable.

Why shouldn't the fixtures come out like that? It's largely a matter of ****ing probablility you half-wit.

    Ah random selections.

There's a 0.00000000000000000000000000000000676% chance of picking Man Utds exact same opponents*, in the same order, again at random, if you ignore things like derby clashes, which are normally factored into the selection.

There's a 0.00000000717% chance of picking Man Utds exact first five opponents*, in the same order, again at random.

    Silly numbers. Silly random numbers.

*home and away not factored in.

He very conveniently forgets that they have potentially the easiest run in for many a year.

    No, it isn't. It's not a draw, it's a creation. http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/paulfletcher/2009/06/secrets_of_the_fixture_compute.html

Why shouldn't Man Utd have a hard start occasionally? We start away every ****ing year and that seems to be acceptable.

Please don't, i'm already laughing a lot here.
Piskie would prefer him to Paulinho, Sandro, Ronaldo, Messi etc.
I'm pretty sure that is what he said
