I don't think he grasps that someones City, Town or Village is a source of great pride to the average Englishman.
Suppose you'll just have to hope that the re-branding will be as much of a 'success' as it has been at Cardiff.
Tradition is looked past by many owners these days, and it it's not just foreign owners either - look at what Mike Ashley did at Newcastle United by renaming St James' Park the 'Sports Direct Arena'.
Losing the AFC bit isn't that bad is it? But the word City has to stay. Surely?
