Allams confirm change to Hull Tigers - via HDM

Onwards to Europe one day with the Hull City Tigers.

I started being against the change.

Now I'm not bothered .

the way some of them are reacting I think some might. some of the things said on here today are disgusting. I could not give a flying **** if we are called titty titty bumwank as long as I had this club to support

 

So apathetic, I just hope the majority of our fans don't have the same sheep-like mentality

On Radio Humberside this morning the Portfolio Holder for Culture Councillor Terry Geraghty and the Radio Humberside Portfolio Holder for Culture Gwilym Lloyd were both asked for their views on the subject.

If the national media get hold of them two then we really are screwed.

 

At the moment it seems to be HDM and Phil Buckingham being the most vocal against the re-branding.

This is the tip of the iceberg. Allam has already said "City is a lousy identity", so it's safe to say that City will be dropped in the future.

Seriously, I don't like this name change at all - it sounds utterly ridiculous. But I'm not quite as genocidally outraged as some of the posters on here. If they do go all the way to Hull Tigers though.........
