The Mirror reckon we going for Amalfitano and Eric Tie Bi.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/hull-transfers-morgan-amalfitano-eric-2128890?

Also seem that Tie Bi will have a good match tomorrow.

He will pay £1.5million to bring in Amalfitano from Marseille on a season-long loan, and hand their French rivals Evian £1.6m for ball-winner Tie Bi, who has been allowed to join City on their trip to Germany and impressed in friendlies against Dynamo Dresden and Eintracht Braunschwieg.

Anyone see the article about Prem clubs being interested in Troy Deeney on SS. We weren't directly linked in the article (no team were) but the Sky reporter mentioned us in his tweet along with Palace and one other team.

Can't see it, think we're done for strikers and might I say I'm quite excited by sagbo.
To add heard were due to have talks with Paul schaner (excuse spelling) tommorow. Plenty of prem experience, can't knock that.

I'd have Deeney. I reckon he's an awkward ****er and strong. PL defenders I think would hate his style of play.

Scharner would be a quality addition, like a cross between Ashbee and Koren. He's really strange though; his house (if he still has it in the UK) is full of erotic sculptures and psychedelic paintings.

I'd say our bid for Amalfitano will hinge on this, as he seems to be Brucey's prime target.

Amalfitano... now THIS is the kind of player we should be getting excited about if Bruce can pull it off... great scout report on him here http://squawka.com/news/2013/08/06/hull-close-in-on-marseille-midfielder-with-champions-league-experience-transfer-scouting-report/2013080616163

Amalfitano is a cracking little player who is a great passer and creator and has experience at the very top level.

Soon as I heard/saw his name, I hoped it were true.

But he's 28, he's only got 2 more years left before he has to play in the Northern Counties East League. Bit of a gamble isn't it?

Drooling at the prospect of Huddlestone... it does sound too good to be true.. Bruce did say he's looking to bring in 2-3 midfielders now that evans & cairney are gone..

imagine a 3 man midfield of Colback Huddlestone Amalfitano... now thats a midfield to give us some confidence going into the premier league.

I'd rather Quinn that Colback though.
