Even the Arsenal legend, Ian Wright, doesn't see the point in Suarez moving to Arsenal - for the exact same reasons we told the Gooners why it wouldn't make sense; not won anything, not going to win anything, lost all their best players, no ambition, money to spend but aren't spending... This line amused me though; they can challenge for the title, sure, but if they buy 8 (eight!) new players "I would like to see them go as far as they can to get Suarez, but they can't just buy him and not replenish the rest of the team. I think they need a goalkeeper, two centre-halves, two full-backs - for both left-back and right-back positions - another midfielder and two strikers. So just a whole new team then. edit, link:http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23539678
Arsenal man talking sense. He's right Suarez is too good to go to a team who's biggest acheivement over last few years has been just about scraping into 4th place every year he should wait for something better to come along. Like what he said about the not being any players you'd desperately want to play with. Brutal honesty and completely true.
I think Wenger's transfer policy would be more befitting signing one of Suarez kids rather than Suarez
But that's just him trying not to come across biased and/or an attempt tot give the club a kick up the arse (this is not my view but that of some on the Arsenal board)
I've corrected you three times on one thread alone. However, I think you missed the pun. Too subtle for your clumsy, grinding cogs. Let me help. DIM SUM
