lol didn't see any, and I didn't get a ticket. The Annual ticket for my zones is over 800 quid But the people at the office stated that if I work for an organisation like the NHS, they advise me to apply for discounts and ****,.
After only a couple of weeks on the treadmill and walking everywhere on errands, instead of getting the buses everywhere, apart from obviously going into town, I feel so much fitter and stronger. On top of sticking to my healthy eating. It's amazing how great it is if you just put the effort in. 11 and a half stone and feeling light as a feather. A good state to be in before starting a new job. Hopefully I'll hit the ground running in my new job and get my own place by around Feb/March next year. Life is good, and I feel 10x better than I did when I was on the dole. ---------------- Life story over lol
Hey fatty. I was in the gym at 6.30am yesterday.... Out for a 5 mile run at 6.30pm then back in the gym at 8pm for weights.
Well done bro. I no longer care for distance or speed on my new machine. This new treadmill I got is deadly and excellent. I don't care for competing with others, I just make myself sweat for 30-40 mins. I make sure I go at a speed which makes my muscles burn. I've lost 2lbs in the last two weeks, unintentionally. Maybe it's because I've cut out crisps and biscuits out of my diet, and I'm working on a treadmill that's on an uphill incline. W/E When I run outside, I can run about 3 miles in 35 minutes. On this treadmill, I can barely do 2 miles in 30 minutes. It's a really rough treadmill.
