Rumours that Gotze has agreed a transfer to Bayern Munich.

One player we will not have to worry about playing for one of our rivals next season.... until we meat Bayern in the CL final of course.

Utd have had the measure of Arsenal for some while. We know that Arsenal can retain possession, but are vulnerable to counter attacks. Trying to play offside with a high line against quick players, who make clever runs has been their downfall many times (as it was too against Spurs this year at WHL). I doubt RvP will be rested, but if he is, this game is tailor made for the skills of Welbeck and Hernandez.

SAF will want to beat Arsenal. Don't think that this is like a testimonial game for Utd. There is always reason to beat Wenger and Arsenal. And there are records to be broken too. The popular perception is that this is not a vintage Utd team yet it can set many new benchmarks for the PL- and SAF will want to take the opportunity to silence the critics.

I expected that, but I'm sticking to what I said in my previous post. If I'm wrong I'll hold my hands up don't worry!, but I just can't see you lot having that extra zip.

I was watching the United /Villa game for the first 20 minutes and thought....have they introduced a new rule that forbids visiting defenders to tackle United forwards if there's a chance United can score......?

Oh good, Van Pursestrings has scored in 90 seconds - the guy Wenger/Gazidis sold 'for footballing reasons', so United could win the League.

    Piers Morgan ‏@piersmorgan 3h
Van Pursestrings has scored 22 Prem goals for Utd, worth at least 22pts. If Arsenal had those goals and points... we'd be ahead of them.

No club's ever gifted the League as we did to Utd this year. Most disgraceful transfer in Arsenal history.

    Piers Morgan ‏@piersmorgan 3h
Great. Now Van Pursestrings scores goal of the season from a 40yrd Shrek pass. Happy days! Thanks again

    Piers Morgan ‏@piersmorgan 3h
Arsenal need to sign @luis16suarez - so he can score the goals we need, and bite Ivan Gazidis whenever he feels hungry.

    Piers Morgan ‏@piersmorgan 3h
And Van Pursestrings scores a 32-minute hat-trick. Great. Just ****ing GREAT

Piers Morgan won the twat of the season award in August. No 30+ game slog for him.

haha, I'm quietly confident TMT, but unfortunately we can't get away from the fact that we cause our own problems over and over again. A defeat against wigan would be "typical spurs" after the hard work done against Swansea, Everton and City.
As for Chelsea, we're capable of winning. I just don't think we will. - We rarely get anything at SB.

I think our record at SB is better than our home record v the Chavs,i may be wrong, but i don't think there is much in it,a draw there, and win the other's and we should be alright

If there is a team who will play to win even when their season is over it's Man Utd. SAF would not allow them to relax.

You say that, but Gary Neville seemed to be suggesting that they'd go on a two day bender to celebrate. For our sake I hope this isn't true.
