Leggo seems to think a Judge will not take Whyte's word as he is a proven Liar, as far as I recall he's never admitted lying, whereas Chuckles...
I posted a piss take 'blog' on here a couple of days ago (#2382). It does not do justice to the sheer absurdity of the above.
It says a lot about Leggo that, when the first nuggets of turd begin to hit the fan at Ibrox, he ignores it and instead rehashes blog no. 3627453 in his series on Odious Creep What a champion this man is for the cause. Imagine referring to an old TV programme rather than the one last night in which CG got made to look a fool Buns deserve all that's coming their way.
Love how Leggo struggles to character assassinate Spiers with a 2000 word essay, yet Spiers merely alludes to Leggo with one single sentence and destroys him.

[h=2]Thursday, 11 April 2013[/h][h=3]SPORTS WRITER ACCUSED OF RACIST LANGUAGE[/h] WHEN it comes to low life gutter journalism, the red tops can’t hold a candle to the once mighty and highly respected Herald. For the Herald has now slithered from the gutter to the sewers. And it is all because of their £50,000-a-year part timer, the sloppy, shoddy and totally irresponsible Odious Creep. Yesterday I commented on how he had misrepresented the views of football financial expert Neil Patey and then, even after Patey restated his belief in the legally acknowledged fact that Rangers are not a new club, Creep took to Twitter to continue to contradict the essence of what Patey said. I finished by remarking that the matter way well lead to the involvement of m’learned friends as Patey seeks to protect his professional reputation from the slip shod journalism of the Herald’s Odious Creep. Since then, Odious Creep’s already deplorably low journalistic standards have slipped again. Is there no low to which Odious Creep will not slither? It seems not. For Creep has accused one of the biggest and most prominent names in Scottish sports journalism of regularly resorting to the sort of racist language which has got Charles Green into trouble. However, with his usual total disregard for normal good sound journalistic practice, Odious Creep fails to name the Scottish sports journalist who he has levelled such a serious accusation at. Creep wrote in the Herald's on-line edition that in the early 1990s there was an old Scottish football writer of past years, who, when drink went down his throat, suddenly liked nothing better than to talk of “darkies” and wogs,” to repeat the exact words Odious Creep used in the Herald. But by writing in such an imprecise way, Odious Creep did not make it clear if the person he makes this wild and totally unsubstantiated racist accusation against is alive, or is now dead. Certainly there are many of the men who fit the Creep description of having been a Scottish sports journalist of years past who fall into either category. So where does that leave the many who were around then, but who are now retired? The ones the “years past” line seems to indicate he has in mind? Perhaps being eyed suspiciously at the golf club by their fellow members, many of whom may now be wondering if the old sports hack they have shared many a four ball with is actually a racist? That is what happens when reasonable journalistic care is not taken and there are countless examples of Odious Creep failing to take reasonable journalistic care. That is why no responsible newspaper would have allowed Odious Creep to write such irresponsible, potentially personally damaging stuff and why no proper newspaper executive would have allowed it to appear in either the real newspaper or its online version. Which tells you a lot about the weakling who inherited the editor’s chair at the Herald in February, Magnus Llewellin and his long serving sports editor, former Celtic View editor Donald Cowie, who is another wimp. And where does that leave the Scottish Football Writers Association, whose members are increasingly touchy these days? Most of the old timers – all of whom are now under suspicion – are members of the SFWA. Will the SFWA issue a statement asking the Herald to insist Odious Creep names the man he has in mind in order to clear the many others who are Scottish football writers of years past, who are now retired and are blameless of the racist rhetoric Odious Creep has accused them of? Let me say right now, that I knew all the of the giants who made up the Scottish sports pack nearly half a century ago. I was with them in Italy for the 1990 World Cup Finals. At no time did I ever hear any of those greats, many of whom actually fought against the Nazis and Fascists, utter one racist word. And I was in their company often enough when drink went past a lot of throats, mine included, during that golden summer. However, I did not hear any of my old revered colleagues and friends utter any of the words Odious Creep has conjured from his memory. Unless, of course, they did not come from his memory at all, but from his imagination. ........ AND....... TOMORROW.....The inside story on the crisis which engulfs Rangers!
