Steve Bruce does not come across as someone who should be crossed. Although I wish that we had signed a striker, I am so glad that it is not DJ.

Rochina is ****ing ace from what I've seen of him, huge talent. Got a feeling I read something awhile back about him not settling in England. If he's available I'd definitely go for him.

Big Sam at WHU , just said on SSN , that a fellow manager he was speaking with was about to finalise a deal with a player when he just nipped out for a quick coffee only never to be seen again before turning up at another club and signing for them ! Wonder who was that ?

Hull City AFC?

I sad a desperate club. Hull City are a long way from being desperate.

Just got me wondering, but who paid for the hotel? I doubt he stayed at the Camponile, so if we paid, do we get the money back?

A tax deductable business expense. It wont be that much in football terms anyway.

Yes we do appear to have dodged a bullet with DJC. There are others out there and SB will have something planned for next week. imo.

Let Blackburn Rovers or anyone else have the mercenary. He has shown his true colours.

If I was Bruce I wouldn't have commented publicly.

All it does is motivate DJC for when we next play against him (which still might be Blackburn if he ends up there on loan)

It's seems Brucey is rather pissed off with DJ's antics...

Steve Bruce not mincing his words. 'The way DJ Campbell's agent behaved was nothing short of disgraceful.' Not a happy man.

Bruce: "I'll have to remind him the next time I see him that it was me who pulled him out of Brentford a few years ago". #hcafc

Steve Bruce feels there was a 'lack of respect' shown by DJ Campbell and his representatives yesterday. #hcafc pic.twitter.com/Y3q01DOs

All of which would spell not a hope in hell of the twat coming here on Emergency loan, unless we are seriously desperate which I don't think we are.

We won't do anything for the next three weeks, we'll take a look at Geddo, then we'll bring someone in towards the end of the month to make sure we've got them until the end of the season.

I know Ricardo suggested we could loan someone and then send them back for a couple of weeks and loan them again, but I think it's unlikely.

Also has a duty to put the point across to City fans to explain what was an odd situation

Forget DJC. Lets try and play to Nick Proschwitz strengths for a change. With Elmo back lets get those crosses into the box and get Der Bomber, Bombing.

IF massive IF, DJC come back with Blackburn on the 19th Feb that will be motivation enough for us.

I would tend to agree. But we shall bring in another striker of that there is no doubt. For now lets give the Nick P a run of games. The rest of the team are the ones who have got us into this position a fact that many forget.

By the way, The last time Aluko scored was his brace at Birmingham back in November. The December results were Aluko Free by and large.
