Korma is basically a dessert. Almonds and coconut and ****.

My mouth must be less sensitive because I can eat a Vindaloo with no trouble. I don't believe it's a test of manliness or anything like that, it seems that it just affects some people worse than others. If a food hurts you, it's probably not worth eating.

Agreed I just think it adds to the flavour and that's why I would never try capsaicin again (it killed) <laugh>. I don't know how people can like that stuff it messes you up badly.

I can eat curries up to a Jalfrezi. Anything hotter than that and I feel like I'm going to breathe fire out of my mouth.

I can eat really hot curries like vindaloo and phal no problem. I don't though, because for me It's not the burning mouth that's the problem. It's the burning o ring that comes hours later once your insides have been blended that really hurts.

Proper Jerk seasoning is a fantastic way of adding a little heat with masses of flavour. The biggest ingredient in Jerk seasoning is thyme, which brings great taste to the meat. The spices give the heat and add to the flavour.

Jamaican is the one major spiced cooking area that I've yet to get my teeth into, so to speak. I've done it a few times, but I still have to look at recipe books, rather than knowing how the spices are going to affect flavour. One day I'll get into it properly, because I love the food.

Huddersfield fans now convinced Adkins is their next boss. He's also the bookies favourite with very short odds.

Although one says "what are the chances of doing well with 3 clubs in a row? Slim."

THAT'S BECAUSE HE'S A BLOODY GOOD MANAGER!!

At very least Nigel appears in the running. Huddersfield last week wanted to sit down with him and talk.

Nixon reckons the deal will be done this week and Adkins will have a new team. I quite like Huddersfield so would watch with a keen eye.

Although I want Nigel to get a job that makes him happy again, it will feel like losing him again. I know how the Scunny fans felt. Good luck to him.

Yeah, I guess. It's a bit of a club in free-fall at the mo. But then again he does fancy himself in those situations I guess.

Never had him down for one with his feet up at the weekend.

How often have Huddersfield flattered to deceive, perhaps for once if NA goes there, they will get the promotion they have strived for and that their good fans deserve.

Yeah, I like Huddersfield too. A football club that hasn't seen great success since the 1920's. Their setup is ready and waiting, but so far they've had to watch while other clubs [like Saints] have steam-rollered past them. Nice looking ground too.
