As much as his comments over the past week have boiled by piss, he's doing a great job of keeping the media focus on him and not on how poor his team's actually playing. Swansea played well against them, we managed to put 3 past them, but the headlines are about him and not the team. So he's relieving the pressure on the players (probably bollocking them behind close doors) so they can focus on their next game.

There is too much of this **** going on in football. One manager calling for another to be charged by the FA is as bad as players asking the ref to book another player.

Ferguson should never have approached the referee during the game (wait until after the final whistle), Pardew shouldn`t have suggested that Ferguson be charged and Ferguson`s comment about Newcastle being a small club in the North East doesn`t help.

If Robson were still alive then he wouldn`t have said that. This sport is getting more and more ridiculous every week.

Managers putting themselves on pedestals and thinking they're Gods in some cases. Sir Bobby let his actions do the talking.

If I remember rightly, after Oardew had his little outburst, didn't he apologise immediately to officials, players and fans for being out of order?

Fergie will just rant and rave over and over again.

Chirstmas cracker joke for you all.

Q: What's the difference between Fergie and a jet engine?

A: A jet engine whines less

He did Maestro and took his ban without complaining.
Fergie is a great manager but get's away with murder while other manager's are made to play by the rules.

He is a Jock. He will whine. Simple as.
The Thistle is their National emblem coz it's a prickly little weed and irritates the tits off you.

indeed he did. If you make a mistake it's important you atone for it immediately.
I rarely hear of Fergie apologising for anything.

Have you actually watched the interview with Pardew? At no stage does he call for him to be charged. He is having a laugh and says he has ended up in the stands when he stepped out of line which is true. Don't believe what the papers dress things up as. Fergie just lost the plot.

I was about to comment on that.

Pardew said that he'd ended up in the stands once or twice after cordial chats of the sort SAF appeared to be having, but that it was nothing to do with him. if that was a criticism, it was about as mild as it can possibly get

You were a cute looking baby Jim, you kind of remind me of someone but I can't quite think who. Your Pa looks a bit familiar too, but once again I can't quite place him.
