Oh and name a team. I would guess the one I talk about above is probs somewhere in the early nineties. 92 maybe??? something around there. Was in a period where we scraped it in the last couple of games for 3 or 4 seasons in a row. Like I say Flowers, 2 quality centre backs and MLT kept us up for those 3-4 season with the other 7 being there to make up the numbers. Put Flowers, Hall, Monkou in our current side and we would be top half easy.

That's bollocks. He was disliked because of the manner of his posts and because he refused to debate like an adult. It had nothing to do with the content of his arguments, which I think everyone has acknowledged actually contained some decent points at times. And he wasn't hounded off here, he was banned by mods for breaking forum rules. Most people will agree that this forum makes for a much better read without his contributions. Forums are for debate, but they are not for being controversial for the sake of it.
GMI, seriously, if you're going to put in the effort of typing properly then at least do more to disguise yourself. Coming back and making the same tired points in the same aggressive way isn't going to make people like you just because you've stopped typing like a 6 year old. And if, on the very small chance you're not GMI, then I'm very disappointed there are two of you in the world.

Flowers Dodd Adams Hall Monkou LeTissier Hurlock Would get into our current side and that was the weakest team I can remember bar this one at this standard , Hurlock was a very underrated footballer and I would love to have that type of player in this current team.
Ah, Beddy. You must regret your loss of power. Have to add that if he isn't GMI and attempting to get back on the board, he is entitled to his opinion. I appreciate that some do not worship Cortese or Adkins, but I find his criticism over the top. You do not accidently stumble into the Premier League from League 1. Perhaps we are too high for our squad and perhaps NC and NA have made errors, but i doubt it is done with malice, so why the anger.
I have been posting more relevant stuff and less pointless, repetitive arguing. There were other people who stopped posting altogether because of him. He actually drove the number active users down. And yeah, I'm getting the sinking feeling that you are him.
