I find it laughable that in this day and age that 'educated' people take the bible literally. It should be seen, at best, as Aesop's fables for grown ups.

I agree to a degree, in that its been changed so much in most cases to ''fit''

however I do think its interesting you use the word ''educated'', simply because you had to be educated to read it and those who could were the ''educated''

What team do you support 'educated' man?

That bit is incorrect mr Ranger. the 2 by 2 wasnt in the original

watched a programme on tele recently where a sciientist kept asking these christians and 1 muslim ''where were the whales kept'' in reference to the ark

not being funny but it was a flood, as in water. am assuming all fishes and the like stayed in the sea

All that seawater mixing with the rivers and lakes would have killed all freshwater fish except eels, salmon and trout.

And in the first 1000 years or so of Christianity only the 'educated' would be responsible for transcribing copies in Latin so the common man had no chance.

So the bit about the animals going in two by two is incorrect but the rest of it is Kosher? Even the g-spot and female ejaculation? And since when did I mention any whales? The Bible, the Koran and the Torah are all fairy tales. At least my Ladybird First Book of Children's Stories has nice drawings. You don't get any pictures in the Koran, just a load of squiggly writing that looks like shorthand.

All made up.

when you have progressed beyond this then we will talk <ok>

Do you think irony is the same as woody and muddy except it is made out of iron?

GroveRanger stop now before you get caught up in a pointless argument with this cretin.

The stupidity is strong with this one <ok>

Oh I see. You're trying to link a football team I support with my views on Christianity.

What a narrow minded fool you are <ok>

Seemingly you are quite happy to accept your own fairy tales despite a wealth of evidence to the contrary but dismiss out of hand the things that others believe.

Go on ahead T. I'm the small minded one<doh>

Arrogant hypocrite.
