I'm beeling yet you are the one firing out insults ?
Anyhoo seeing as how you are obviously telepathically linked tell me, was Squiggy being "Serious"?
It's very simple, Dev. Johnston alleges that all the clubs make regular non-declared payments to players. If this is the case, the current investigation into Rangers is rank hypocrisy.
If you think he's talking bollocks, what's your objection to investigating his claim?
Still waiting.
No one has accused Celtic FC of anything that I am aware (Snide comments and insinuations from AJ aside) so there is absolutely nothing to investigate. There was an admission from Celtic that Junhino had an EBT and that matter has been settled to the satisfaction of the SFA/SPL, end of story.
IF Rangers did operate second contracts, then why Celtic should be investigated? What would be the reasoning or the grounds behind such an inquiry?
If someone has evidence that Celtic have acted improperly then they should come forward with it and let’s see what’s what, but to suggest that if Celtic have nothing to hide then they should have no fears over an investigation is ludicrous. Let’s use a legal analogy. The Police cannot simply stop people in the street and do random searches in the hope that they will find something that they can then use to charge the individual, they need a reason to stop and search, suspicion of misdeeds is not a valid nor a legal reason.
If you had nothing to hide, would you not mind random coppers banging on your door asking to do a search because they found drugs in your neigbour’s gaff?

You can't be serious.
I have one question for you dev, if I decide to refuse a search on the grounds that the police have no reason to search me, and believe me its happened, what happens next?
On your way you have made a good point
OR
Time to goto the polis station <stripsearch>
You really do talk some ****e.
Oh I can feel it ok, MD's got it bad today.
Normally, police can only require you to be searched if they have reasonable grounds for suspicion. They can search you if they reasonably suspect that you are in possession of an offensive weapon, stolen property, alcohol if you are at certain major football or rugby matches or on public transport travelling to such an event, evidence in relation to an offence under the Protection of Wild Mammals (Scotland) Act 2002, cash or the cash equivalent of £1,000 or more and that this is the result of criminal activity, and/or fireworks that you intend to use anti-socially.
But police can search you under s44 whether of not they have grounds for suspicion, in places where s44 searches have been authorised. They can also search you for a weapon under Section 60 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act, in places where this power has been authorised. Section 60 authorisations last 24 hours and may be extended by 6 hours. They are given where police believe serious violence may occur.
Could you legally refuse a strip search in the street if the Police asked you? Yes.
Would they probably still find an excuse to search you anyway? Again, yes.
Except AJ isn't one of those sad characters you hear on radio phone-ins. He was a central character in the whole story. You can't say that no accusations have been made, apart from the people we choose to ignore, so there's no case to answer.
To extend your analogy, if my neighbour said that everyone in the street has drugs too, which is essentially what AJ is doing, then the police would have every right to investigate and I would want to clear my name.

So are you suggesting that Celtic fall into the above categories?

"Has he any evidence?" Is the the only question that matters. If he does let him produce it.
Bullshit accusations from a position of bias are not reasonable grounds to investigate anyone, let alone Celtic. He was never a director at Celtic FC so he should keep his mouth firmly cloesd and stop attempting to appeal to the nutters.

So only Celtic directors should be allowed to drop Celtic in it? What a strange world you live in.
No, actually, they wouldnt.

Transparency required? Rich coming from the man who was chairman of a board that went to such lengths to hide the nature of payments.

This issue is about whether all payments to players were declared in contracts given to SFA/SPL. This did not happen. End of story AJ.

AJ's accounts did not say that players were using EBTs or provide any hint that legality was in question. Media buying the myth.

AJ? Is that the same AJ who tried to convince RFC fans that tax bill was an MIH thing & not a problem for Rangers?
