  2. Arsenal were rumoured to be interested a while ago but I think that was before they signed Arteta and Benayoun. They also have Ramsey, Wilshire and Walcott, plus they have signed Podolski and Giroud too. However, they have since sold Arshavin and Yossi is probably going to be leaving (if he hasn't already) so who knows?

That's the dead truth there he is her cousin but she only met him a couple of times when they were kids, so I guess he's my cousin in law <whistle>
Not another bad word about my relative in law or the offender will be banned <grr>

102 <yikes> you'ld not need any strongbow or magners ... you'ld be dead unless you're talking that fahrenheit **** where freezing isn't even zero <doh>

In that case I'd suggest Bulmers <ok>

That wasn't addressed to you <ok> I just threw it in there as I was too lazy to post it separately. Bulmers IS Magners just called Bulmers here in Ireland because some other small brewer had Magners Irish Cider trademarked here.

So Bulmers IS magners which is like strongbow which is similar to Woodchuck which is sort of like Hornbys which is all trumped by ACE? I got it now <ok>

Hey, Fahrenheight is the way to roll btw!

Good thing our transfer thread is just busing with new signings btw.....

I'd kind of like to see Henderson, Spearing and Shelvey given a go before we go splash the cash on a gamble in Allen.

Plus if Adam can learn some disciplin he has the skills. If we play possession football and defend with the ball his awful tackel wont be such a danger.

  14. Given the choice of Adam or Allen, I'd chose the latter. I'd like to see Shelvey go on loan to a Premier League club this season <ok>

Maybe even Henderson, massive gamble but a chance for him to get some more prem experience, although he did play loads last year. Maybe a side where the pressure is off a bit but maybe a similar style? Swansea, Fulham, etc?

I'm not so sure on that.

  17. Nope, me neither. I'd rather see Henderson be part of the Liverpool set up. He is a very good player that was in an unfamiliar role last year, with Rodgers preferring 433 he should get more time in the middle now <ok>

    -----------------Reina----------------
    ------------Skrtel--Agger------------
    -Johnson-------------------Enrique--
    -------Henderson---Lucas------------
    ---------------Gerrard----------------
    ----Suarez---------------xxxxxx-----
    ----------------xxxxxx----------------

Good passing, and can break down the right and cross when Suarez drifts. He also showed us this season that he can cover right back during the Blackburn game. I think Henderson was thrown in to deep last season and is not right for playing right wing every week. But he will have learnt a lot. In the middle he has looked fine.

  20. Couldn't have said it better myself <ok>

Do you think Dempsey and Borini are the players to fill those two gaps then? If so, what type of player do reckon the other one or two targets will be?
