BLS - yeah you are about right. I'd also say Surtees - about 1960. Must be a road going Lotus in the US of A.
As per Bergy's thoughts, but I believe this was the last Grand Prix at Brands Hatch in 1986?

As for the year, I was so certain it was the last GP at Brands that I just plumped for '86!
