Seeing as we're talking about new stuff from the program... I got bored of all this pish quite some time ago, but when did Rangers accept the "wee tax case" for the EBT's used for Flo and De Boer (not sure which one) was a legitimate claim against them? And if so, what's the difference between that and the 50 odd other EBT schemes then?
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-18148818 this is part of the research/basis of the programme, to be honest I dont think they have made enough of this which I think is a much bigger issue than some other things they paid more attention to; it isnt about a tax scheme administered wrongly..its about side-letters and improperly registered players..and the availability of lots of evidence to show this was common practice.
