Lambert isn't the only option here. But my money's on Martinez. It wasn't the right time last time they came in for him. I believe this time it is the right time. He saved Wigan and can do no more than he has done.

i don't see why martinez would go there guru! he turned them down last year and villa are weaker and wigan are considerably stronger since then. his chairman is a diamond and they've both shown tremendous loyalty to each other. why give that up to go to a shambles? villa are far more likely to end up with someone like steve bruce or mick mccarthy
