He has no pace at all, he is not prem class. If you want to just keep the players we have the club will stagnate. Cortese won't want this so i can see alot of people going tbh.
Yes but he will be coming up against a lot higher quality of player than Coventry have to offer. I personally would like to see a new RB and LB signed with Fox and Richardson dropping to back up.
My comments were just as much to do with the fact that many people rave about Danny Fox and his contribution, and I also see what he has to offer. But I also see a player who makes wayward passes, is often caught out of position, is beaten in the air despite not being the shortest bloke, and remarkably, lets a half-decent winger get round him, too often.
Butterfield actually reads the game quite well, because of his experience, and is a half-decent RB, who can put a pin-point cross into the danger area. I feel he is often placed on the wrong side of the black or white that is the football fan's idea of how to sum up a player, i.e. they are brilliant or crap, with nothing in between. Yes, he is probably not PL quality nowadays, but can serve as back-up to Frazer in the first season. Fox has all the right physical attributes, yet I feel that he may get badly exposed in the Prem, unless he sharpens up his concentration.
Yes, perhaps even Frazer isn't quite good enough, as well. One could want to sign another 11 players. In fact. let's sign the entire ManU squad, just to be on the safe side.

I suspect, in 3-4 seasons, the only current first team players we'll see in the side are Schneiderlin, Lallana and perhaps one or two others, and for different reasons, I'm not hugely confident of that view either.
