so replacing a striker with hardly any goals with a striker who's got more goals is a bad move?

How many games has Simo played compared with King, and King generally plays as a winger not centre forward so its obvious Simo will have scored a few more

Taking Josh King off For Simpson?????????????????????????????????????????????????

Mmmmmmm
Are we not losing 2-0?
Lets take a striker off???
Clueless

I think you'll find you're the one that's totally ****ing clueless.

We already had Fryatt, McLean and King on the pitch, with Brady and Stewart as attacking players.
Who would you have us bring off? McKenna for Simpson? Then what would our formation be? Yes we need to attack to have any chance but we have to actually have a defence and midfield rather than just playing a 4-0-6.

Just ridiculous, how bad can it get. it's just so depressing again and it sounds a bit chaotic. I just can't see us getting one goal let alone 3.

Re, great atmos.

Well I was going on that "You've been mauled" ditty on youtube. I thought that was rather good actually.

It was supposed to be a joke, but most, ie the ******s that went on the youtube video, reckon we're actually being serious.

Mind you we've hardly had many chances to sing it considering City are hardly in rich goal scoring form.

No but the fact we have not made any additions except King stinks.

So your happy at losing out on a play off spot and see no wrong with our performances or formation?

Likewise St-Louis?

I think it's deluded to suggest we'd win promotion by simply signing Fuller on loan.

I think the Allams and Barmby were convinced that we already had a good enough squad to win promotion (i also think they're wrong) so therefore chose to not spend money unecessarily on large wages for a player that may or may not perform.

And yes i am extremely happy we're playing **** and are probably going to lose out to a play off spot... oh wait no i'm a city fan, of course i'm not happy! Just realistic

Fryatt went off for McLean.

I can't help but feel that sinking feeling again at the moment like when the wheels came off in our prem tenure, Bullard got that bad injury and our financial situation was revealed to the world...

You've just summed up how I am feeling now.

It's odd how these things come about. Years ago some people at one end of Fratton Park, were waving to their friends at the opposite end. Some other people joined in for a laugh and before you knew it everyone in the ground was waving at everyone.

In complete silence, other than a stifled coo-ee here and there. The whole thing was macabre, to say the least. It lasted a few games and was then forgotten about.

you were the one that said we were taking a striker off. we're not going to get anything from this one without sticking the ball in the net at least twice. simpson's has four this season and a strikerate of about 1 in 5.

Yes and KING has looked our best player in the past 3 games so why take him off?

Obviously you were'nt at Leicester where King had another decent game.

So you support Simo who was out of favour, loaned out to Millwall, their fans on forums thought he was crap and that will always be my thoughts of the bow-legged player.
