Haven't read it yet, but bear in mind a balance between the right to a private life and freedom of speech under the ECHR. It's a mess anyway but that should be thought about. Also bear in mind the balance between law and morals.
Agreed. Can you imagine if everybody was arrested for calling people names, the police stations would need as many cells as a prison and we would need a courthouse on every other street to deal with them.

Well....they might come out the other side intact but like many I will be waiting to lend a sympathetic ear when they need it most.
might be in the summer, might be in two years time, might even be in five years time... but it will happen if they carry on like this. i know two qpr fans, both of whom are terrified at what is going on at their club, so its not a case that every fan is falling for what is going on down there, but there are plenty who haven't really thought about what is being proposed properly. they are too engrossed in the excitement. its a sad story waiting to be told.
Ok, just to weight in on the earlier point about there might not be a law against calling someone 'six fingered' or WTTE on an internet forum, but that doesn't mean it is acceptable!
