Saints make offers and it's entirely up to Celtic's board whether they accept or not and then it's up to the player whether he agrees. You've got that very wrong. Celtic will get maybe 4 games in the CL a season, losing 3 of them. Saints on the other hand will be challenging for Europe in 5 years time.
