I still maintain that Beckham is on his way to Watford to buy out the club and become player-manager - that is why he turned down PSG. Apparently Posh has fallen in love with the new shopping centre at Stratford...you read it all here first.

    In today's tourist news...

Millwall Travel is to stop selling cruising holidays in the Carribbean, for obvious reasons. Too many Lions fans were using them for recreational homphobic and racist thuggery during the closed season. They will however be exploring time travel so their clients can visit the stoneage.

The mind boggles - how exactly was he 'taking to him' - behind the bike sheds? <yikes>

As for Adam Le Fondre - looks like Norway's been at that site again!

Millwall to sign San Fransican Butch Manley-Mincing from Swiss soccer club Young Boys Burn, he'll go down well with the Lions.

Any refs or budding refs out there?

Was listening to the Liverpool vs Oldham match in the car tonight & the pundit Pat Nevin made a comment about L'pool's second goal - a penalty. Can't remember the players involved, but player 1 crossed the ball into the penalty area where player 2, who was in an offside position, went for the ball but was fouled by a defender. Ref awarded a penalty - but why would he not blow for offside?

BB because it is easier to give Liverpool a penalty than penalise them on their own pitch. Anyway it is a big scalp for us to take a shot at in the next round.

Obviously playing home advantage, something our refs forget to do when we play at home!

Come on BB keep up, it was because the ball was in phase 2 and the lino was waiting to see if the player was active - and it was a Friday night in January and the ref was looking forward to a chicken balti after the match..
