I tryed going for him but he turned me down for Birmingham ? I was so annoyed because his reason was because of their good league position but i was i am in the Europa league and currently in the title race but 5th in the leauge. Only 4points seperate 1st to 6th and its the end of January !
He's Shaw's back-up on mine. Moved to Spain very early on (can't remember which club), before a multi-million pound move to Chelsea. Was going great-guns for them at one stage, but seems to have stagnated a little now - no longer plays every week for them.
How would you recommend bringing through Shaw, JWP, Stephens and Sinclair on the game to give them mac potential?
Send them out on loan, training regime? What's best?

Give them a year in U18's - play them in your cup matches.
Next season, put them in the reserves so they can play to a higher standard and maybe use them a bit more in your squads aswell - or send them out on loan. Works for me with a lot of players im bringing through (im in 2016 now)

I have 2 CB's that are 19 and 20 but both 3 1/2 star already with 5 star potential !
I played them most of the season because they managed to dislodge Cathcart and Dann with amazing form. Only cost £9million for the pair. Bargain of the game for me I think.

Signed Mbaye Niang for £4million. Got him for a fraction of his value because he was so unhappy and wanted to join me

i spent £3.2m on jackson martinez in first season, he is on 19,500k,
he is ****. look at his stats and his performances they are rubbish i gave him 33 days off earlier in the season cause he was homesick. came back said i want to leave as your not playing me. i thought you just asked to go on holiday now your moaning. i promised him more first XI football he came back and scored 2 goals in one game i thought here we go he is going to bang some in now. but no he decides to not score at all.

Getting rather impatient now. Connor Wickham wants a massive 90k a week deal but he is one of my best players so i think i'm going to have to give in as loadssss of top clubs want him
