Two things really stand out with that goal.

First, Gordon's contribution was dreadful, much worse than Woltemade's. His clearing header was absolutely piss poor, his press on Xhaka was poor and he failed to even challenge Mukiele. When the the header went in he ignored his team mates, expecially Woltemade.

Second, RLB gives the Newcastle bench an evil stare, turned away, then gave them another for good measure <laugh> <laugh>
I just noticed Alderete putting his hands up as though he was going to catch it... that's an experienced pro, in the line of sight of and distracting their first contact (Woltemade).

They'd need a bit of time to describe our "style of play" mind!

All of watch all the games and you often don't know what's coming. We don't have a "style" really, Regis and his team set us up for who we play.

That's why so many teams, for so long now, "just couldn't get going today" or " weren't at our best". It goes back to the start of last season when Cardiff and Burnley were saying the same as they were wondering where the points had gone
Definitely mate, it amazes me how astute Le Bris is and the prep he must put in before every game.

Is the full 90 on anywhere?
May be seb but is the full 90 mins available on line?

RLB reaction is absolutely brilliant - a split second disbelief look before his arm punching and look at the visitors bench, a couple of celebrations with the staff and then hands back in pocket, serious side back on to plan the next move. The man is brilliant :emoticon-0103-cool:

What bothers me when they say ‘needed an OG’ is the fact that’s not how the world works.

Had that not gone in the test of games different. If it goes over we could score of the corner, we maybe press harder, they don’t come back at us for that short spell etc

They can suck me balls. OG counts same as a 30 yard rocket.

Weird how one word can fit someone's personality so perfectly...

Xhaka: "emotions" (leader who has completely brought into the club and connected with the fans, and wears his heart on his sleeve)
Le Fee: "magic" (self explanatory <magic>)
Hume: "fun" (cheeky Irish lad who seems to love every minute he's on the pitch)

i love the fact that every time we've lost this season RLB has got a reaction out of our players and we generally do well after each loss.
Regis is such a good influence. I can really see the influence of the new coaches to mind. Just a brilliant summer recruitment off the pitch too. The goalie coach is doing a brilliant job. Roefs is on a huge upward curve. Part of me wants to see if Patto has improved too at commanding his box. A loan will show that.
