The last time I went to Charlton was the 2-1 loss in 2015, Jelavic was a disgrace in that game, he put in about as much effort as Ben Arfa at Man United.
He came to us with a reputation for strikes like that.Likewise, 2 in-form teams and would take a draw now. Doc will get great reception. Good excuse to post this

Unfortunately that absolute belter proved to be the exception rather than a norm.
Always gave his all ... but seemed too limited for Championship level to me. Good for him though if he's performing well for Charlton.
Doesn’t look like a particularly big crowd again for Saturday. Can’t believe we had the big crowds for some of our worst football.
Sergey and the gang deserve a big one!

Were Leicester in form? 5 draws in their last 6 or something. What's the difference between this and the Leicester game, 2 in-form sides for that one too. Why settle for a draw before we've even see the lineup.
We need to be going for the win, the draw is second prize.
Well, fair point, but we were neck and neck in the table, just like us and Charlton now, and Leicester were thought to be a 'top side'. I'm just surprised that some posters seem to be almost playing for a draw, and that was before we knew who was fit or not. I just think we're good enough for a win if we turn up again. Were Leicester in form? 5 draws in their last 6 or something.
I think most think the same, just that a draw wouldn't be outrageous.Well, fair point, but we were neck and neck in the table, just like us and Charlton now, and Leicester were thought to be a 'top side'. They certainly weren’t losing many games. Were Leicester in form? 5 draws in their last 6 or something.

hadn’t lost since mid-August and were 4th in the league, must have been doing something right.Nor winning many.

Yeah pretty much this . We can win the game, we should try and win the game , i hope we win the game , I just wouldn’t be too upset or angry if it ended 1-1 that’s all .I think most think the same, just that a draw wouldn't be outrageous.
Excellent news...Kids having some season and forming a telepathic partnership with Millar, thus far. Just need to get Lundstram, Belloumi, Matazo, McBurnie, Williams and Palmer back into the mix asap..because little doubt others will drop out along the way.Giles is fit for tomorrow. who'd have thought 4 months ago that that would be great news!
