'Regulation' If I were Nathan Jones, I'd be printing about 50 copies of that and posting them on the wall of the away changing room come about 2.15pm on Saturday. THE SUPREMES nathan jones
Their danger man is Tyreese Campbell, who plays down the left - so Drameh will have his hands full on Saturday. Famewo is a decent defender that is susceptible to lightning acceleration. He will fine against most opponents, Fatawu is a special case - not sure what he is doing at Leicester still to be honest, I guess his end product is wanting.
Fatawu’s just returned from an ACL injury, to be fair. If he wasn’t injured for most of last season, some Prem team would’ve dropped £30 million+ on him this summer.
I believe he did, but not sure how he played. I'd imagine gaining fitness is the priority for him in those games, but if he was tearing it up it would be welcome of course!
Charlton fan in peace Saturday should see a good game in “the Dean Holden derby”…. with two in form sides playing good football. Our season has been excellent so far. Like him or loath him, Nathan Jones is an excellent coach who has us fit, well drilled & well organised. Ex -Tiger Greg Docherty is our skipper, and is in terrific form himself. Our strength is our back 5 & midfield, but as we showed with our 3-0 at Ipswich last night, our attacking play is improving by the week as well. Expect to see a big travelling contingent from us on Saturday, we’ve even got fans from as far as Wales travelling up.
Good to see Dean Holden doing well for your boys. He’s one of football’s good people. Dean got a rough deal as our manager, as our then owner was a clown.
Remember him sat on his arse in the snow with a monk on and Ken Wagstaff laughing at him after the third goal went in. Boothferry Park, FA Cup 1971. ( I'm 106, me)
For those of you wondering...See post #22...He defo been gone too long, about 50 years at the last count.
