He was unlikely to start anyway. But yeah, could still come off the bench to rescue the game for us only to miss an open goal in the last minute
Yeah, not sure why anyone is concerned. All our attackers will be subbed on at some point to try and nick a goal
We'll start the game with 3 CBs and 2 DMs and 3 attacking players. And finish it with 2 CBs and the rest attackers. The Will Still way
SAINTS will visit English champions Liverpool on Tuesday, 23rd September 2025, after the date for their Carabao Cup third round match was confirmed. The knockout match at Anfield is scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. on September 23rd, and will be available to watch live on ITV1 and Sky Sports Football. Saints have received an allocation of 4,700 tickets for the clash, with adult tickets priced between £25 and £28. Concessions are available. Tickets are set to go on sale to eligible supporters from Thursday, 4th September 2025, starting with season ticket holders with seven or more away matches. The initial sale will begin at 9:30am, progressing through season ticket holders until going on sale to all Saints members on Monday 8th September 2025. Saints qualified for the third round of the Carabao Cup after an initial 1-0 win at Northampton Town and a 3-0 victory at Norwich City last month. Liverpool have entered the competition at this stage due to their Champions League qualification, and were seeded to face a non-UEFA team. CREDIT By Alfie House Senior Sports Reporter @AlfieHouseEcho
I see that Grimsby fielded an ineligible player in their win over Man United, and were fined £20,000. It seems that they couldn’t be forced to replay the game because a precedent was set a few years ago when the mighty Liverpool did the same and were only fined. Good to see a bit of evenhanded justice being served.
In other news my refusal to spend any more money on Saints related stuff hasn't really worked out. Really impressed with this for the lads room...
Nah, just run a cable across the pavement, and tap into the nearest lamp post, whilst making out it's for your electric car. Works for me.
Saints winning 4-0 in their season opener against a newly promoted Ipswich. It’s been a while since I’ve watched any football at this level in the woman’s game, forgot just how poor the quality is. Big gulf between this and the WSL.
