She had her baby, returned to study and gained employment. She became interested in politics, joined a trade union and joined the Labour party. She then worked her way up the ranks to deputy Prime Minister.
That's a determined hard working woman that girls should look up to.
Absolutely! Imagine judging 16 year old lasses who have turned out to be responsible parents, turned their lives around and made something of themselves.

Looks like they have now realised generally people don't judge teen mothers having children outside of wedlock nearly 30 years later when evidence would suggest they worked hard to improve their life and were a good mother!
