Anyone who thinks we’re going to the PL, or even close by signing up some free transfers, or loans, or whatever the latest magic idea is, just FORGET IT!

Oh Dunno , i had a bet on us doing it at 80/1 now, but did it because i do every year plus also thought about the Maribor option if he thinks or takes that route and if he does then price will drop again that's why i did it, not worried if it don't come in or happen.

b) If yes, then all he says is we didn't receive it, not that it was late of that they broke an agreement, just that it didn't arrive when they expected.

If it were a UK club, the only way it would be possible for them to avoid sanction was for it to be less than 30 days late.
