No you have got me wrong. I totally agree that extremely poor management of the club has led to this and that is down to Acun 100%. Also though I am aware that Ehab only sold because he was told to by Assem and he loved owning our club. He will be back like a shot. He can change our name to dementor united while he sucks the life out of everything he touches
What a ****ing waste of time and money this whole Zambrano thing was. It's mental to think just how much cash we've tossed away on bollocks like, Sinik, Giles, Omur, etc. Even players like Tufan and Seri left with pretty low fees that won't have covered anywhere near what we paid for them / to them. The club is so obviously a shambles, I just don't see how the owner can turn it around from here. Literally Prem or bust and we're so far away from that. Notice how it's all gone quiet on the incoming front as well. I can't see us bringing anyone in before the Turkey trip. Here's hoping Acun's got a few rabbits to pull out of hats and aces up his sleeves.
People like him did not make money being nice and I expect he will have someways of trying to navigate around it all.
No he made money by having buddies in the right places. So sick of this belief that all rich people are mega geniuses.
I have no idea why so many people assume Ehab Allam would have any interest in returning to our Club? Call him what you choose but it's mind boggling that you actually think he'd lash out what...£30 million to then 'suck the life out of it'?.He's a fairly successful business man not a ****ing idiot like the current incumbent.Far less popular without doubt but to underestimate his business acumen would be folly. Anyway... We had a chance to push on under a new owner who purchased the Club under very favourable terms and on an extremely healthy financial footing,we now sit on the edge of a cliff waiting for the next bit of bad news to ultimately push us over... Even assuming the EFL rescind their current position(doubtful at best) and this was some sort of 'big mistake' done by a big bad boy who ran away.We remain a Club in substantial debt with limited ability on the pitch. To fix that would add even more debt liability to Acun Medya, provide a likely outcome of a mid table finish and we'd rinse and repeat in a year's time... We've flirted with success in the past and the future looked fairly bright under a new dynamic owner who promised success and exciting football...It's extremely sad that we're now a Club with a mountain of unsustainable debt and a reputation for not paying our bills. Why would anyone buy into this mess???
How much did we pay for omur And then his wages And then he leaves on a free Basically The incomptence under acun is honestly amazing
We've been saying it for months but it can't be said enough. Our player trading has been absolutely horrendous.
