At one level of Sunderland's recruitment/sales there's a focus on Bellingham and a few others. At another level, the buy-young model seems set to continue with Matthew Burns, 16 year-old midfielder at Irish League club Coleraine. Expected to be the latest acquisition for the Cat. One academy.

 

He's going to be a miss I know that. Fingers crossed he likes here that much he fancies a season in the premier

 

I don’t mind Harrison Burrows like. Played pretty every league game for the last 3 seasons anarl unlike Cirkin. About the same age too I think. Admittedly haven’t watched enough of him to judge how good he is defensively though.

Very true, but I’d wager folk playing for Burnley and seeing the absolute scenes here compared to there might fancy it.

I think he’s better than Neil but they play in slightly different positions. Not that it matters anyway, I don’t think we’ll see Hamer as value. We’ll be looking elsewhere
