He's between an 8 and a 6, his physicality makes him an 8 imo He will have a class career and I could see him being a regular for England very soon
https://bsky.app/profile/mwalkerfoot.bsky.social/post/3lqhs4ukl422j At one level of Sunderland's recruitment/sales there's a focus on Bellingham and a few others. At another level, the buy-young model seems set to continue with Matthew Burns, 16 year-old midfielder at Irish League club Coleraine. Expected to be the latest acquisition for the Cat. One academy.
He's going to be a miss I know that. Fingers crossed he likes here that much he fancies a season in the premier
I don’t mind Harrison Burrows like. Played pretty every league game for the last 3 seasons anarl unlike Cirkin. About the same age too I think. Admittedly haven’t watched enough of him to judge how good he is defensively though.
Championship (technically) player. Egan-Riley still not signed new deal has he? I bank on him being good enough for PL.
I’d have him in for Neil whilst signing a proper 6 Don’t think we’ll be interested in him anyway, there’s better value abroad
I like him. We were fleetingly linked when he was leaving Posh and was all for it, definitely short defensively for PL but absolutely can grow.
All day and night. Not sure why so many are ruling him clean out. Feels well in the casa of what we should be looking at for me.
Shocking defensively imo, best as a wingback rather than a LB I like him as well but not ready for the PL yet
Very true, but I’d wager folk playing for Burnley and seeing the absolute scenes here compared to there might fancy it. This one’s probably too late like you say though.
I think he’s better than Neil but they play in slightly different positions. Not that it matters anyway, I don’t think we’ll see Hamer as value. We’ll be looking elsewhere
