Not saying he didnt make any passes
Would be horrific if he didnt

But his first touch was so poor a few times especially
Tell you what though, he ran himself into the ground and closed their defenders down.
His tank was empty when that breakaway chance fell to him.
Won the deciding penalty too.
He might never score for us, but he gave his best today and contributed.

Alzate playing like he thinks it's too easy for him. A few assists would make that more believable

I think that's exactly the thing with him. He is very talented, but I think he struggles to keep up a level of intensity. I think that's what stops him being a PL player.

I'm not so sure about that at the moment. Selles has alluded to him having a knock that's needing to be managed.

Ye fair enough

But when our heads are down like in that first half
He cant be having those awful touches on the rare times the ball got to him

And ive been one of the ones whose kept the faith in joseph before today

Didn't think first half was as bad as a lot are making out. It wasn't great but we weren't out played or out classed and actually had the best chance with Amrabat after a dodgy clearance by their keeper after good pressing i think from Joseph

On other things why did they choose to turn and celebrate in front of the home fans the ****s

I've not seen the home support as good as it was in the second half for a long time. My hands were actually stinging at the end from so much clapping and my voice was starting to go

Acun attended the game today and has just flown out of Humberside airport back to Istanbul, but nothing on his instagram feed about the great result. Is he keeping his powder dry for next week's game against Derby or just being more low key at the moment?

Disagree, Joseph played a lovely pass over for Amrabat that he’d have got on the end of if he wasn’t 38, few nice one touch chest passes too
I thought he was always behind the defender so his age didn’t really come into it, but he battled and nearly got it anyway.
I was surprised how sharp he looked (Amrabat) and he’s certainly difficult to dispossess.
I agree it was a lovely ball to him that nearly came off though.
I thought Joseph looked ok first half but faded
