I think Leeds have a good few players who will make the step up. Tanaka being the main one, what on earth was he doing playing Bundesliga 2 football for so long.

Leeds are so far ahead of Burnley and Sheff Utd like. They’re the only ones who have a chance of survival imo. But same as James/Firpo, Tanaka has been class this season but will be 27 start of next season. It’s pretty much expected of him and I’m not sure how much better he can get being the age he is. If he doesn’t prove himself next season that’ll likely be his only chance on the big stage.

Haven’t managed to see the game but just got to say fair play to Leeds like. Best team comfortably and have just started to blow teams away. Think they’ll make a better go of it than the three to go up last season. We put up a couple of good showings against them tbf to our lads, just a bit too much for us unfortunately.

That's a massive kick in the bollocks for Sheff Utd on their own ground ...

.. I said Sheff Wed would give them a game and I believe it.

So then, did Sheff Utd sit back and invite Leeds to attack ... did they fail to kill a team off ... did they throw the lead away ... did they fail to mark dead balls properly ... did Wilder make the wrong subs ... did he bring them on too late ... what was it?
There keeper is a fat overweight bassa?

The fact our aggregate against them was 4-3, last minute. Could actually be seen as commendable.

They are absolute levels above the rest.

We’d of had something to cling into if we’d done the job Saturday but we’re just not playing consistently well enough to close that kind of gap imo and that’s only if the two above start dropping more points anyways.

That been said I’ll Still be cheering the lads on come Friday night and if we win I’ll be keeping an eye on the other results over the weekend just in case haha.

What pissed me off most about our loss was conceding twice from set pieces. And Sheff Utd have too. Obviously easier said than done but you’d think when you’re playing a team that’s much better on the ball you’d do everything possible to work on set pieces and try to make the most of situations where it’s a scrap.

We have to believe mate, Burnley and sheff utd have to play each other as well I think

Burnley are still in the FA Cup, I hope they go through ...

... we've all seen how that can cripple a team in the league.

They also have to go to QPR, at the death, who may need a win.

If you don't believe wtf is the point of it all.

Didn’t blow us away in either game either imo, took a couple of set pieces away there and didn’t create a lot at the sol either even though we got some huge fortune with the equaliser. they have that extra quality and much better quality in-depth, canny gap for the club to try and close, but think of the gap between the two teams 3 years ago, got to hope we can get there.

We are wounded, but not dead yet.

If there are football gods they won’t allow Burnley to prevail.

Friday is massive, but it’s a ground that we’ve had some great times at.
