Why not? Are you saying he wasn't last man? Was the ball not there to be played? It was a matter of a couple of feet away from McLean. Suggest you go and look at the BBC highlights again, admit that everything was as it should have been, as your manager said, and move on.
Nevermind last man he needlessly kicked out which is a red card in itself. He could have had 2 red cards...
Under the current FA directive the decison and red card were correct - no problem there - although as I commented earlier - I just wish there was more consistency - what I also think should be considered is a 'sin-bin' akin to what they have in Rugby, in the interests of the rest of the game i.e, applying to the situation on Saturday - penalty given (and scored) so fair enough - but Mill's tackle was not violent in itself (although there was perhaps a bit of petulance after - I concede) - so he spends 15 mins in the sin bin - another yellow and he's off for good - but at least we then have 11 against 11 and a more entertaining game.
No way are the FA etc going to do anything like that. They are still 30 years behind any other sport anyway.
I agree it is not fair for a penalty to be given AND a sending off; it's like being punished for the same crime twice. However those are the rules and every club plays to them. We hardly EVER get penalties because all our players are genuine young lads who have hard work and honesty drummed into them. It means we lose out more often than not to the clubs with "Professional" players. But I'd rather have it that way so that when we get penalties it is honestly deserved.
There's three of them on here asking how many of Fryatts goals were penalties. With one or two exceptions they have to be the most bitter and boring losing opposition fans we've seen on here this season, get over it and go away, you can have Waghorn back too seeing as he seems to be unfit all the time.
It's quite amusing really (FossellFilberto apart). They seem to be of the opinion that just because they have been lucky enough (and I mean lucky as against 'worked hard') to have won the lottery, and have spent ridiculous amounts of money in an attempt to 'buy' their way out of the league, that they have the devine right to win every game. It's like "If we don't win it's because the ref made a poor decision" or "We were unlucky not to score a hatful" or any excuse that pushes to one side the inescapable fact that they are beaten by the better side. All of this from a Club that not so long ago cheated their way into the Premiership. I don't like saying this, but TWS are in distinct danger of becoming only the second side I would merrily see disappear up it's own ar5ehole!
I asked because he used to take ours before Gallagher was given the job ... so it was curiosity and not meant to be derisive .. I also said the majority of Leicester fans would have liked him - he's a very likeable lad.
Lol, isn't it you lot that are trying to wind us up? On a thread that has nothing to do with you and is only on our board? At least some of the other wums we get don't start crying when we expose that they're talking bollocks. Precious ****s. FFS we had 64% possession and you didn't touch the ball second half. If that wasn't convincing I'd love to know what is. Especially since you have the best squad in Europe. I agree that there's no need to send someone off for a professional foul when it's a penalty anyway, but unfortunately it's the rules. This could not be a truer statement. The Leicester lotn won't believe it but genuinely, an open question, when was the last time a City player dived? Or we got a penalty that shouldn't have been? The last incorrect pen I can remember was 3 years ago against Middlesbrough and only because it should have been offside, it was still a foul. I think Nick was complaining that there have been 4 or 5 comments now about Fryatt scoring penalties, but he's only got one this season and we've only had 3 or 4 this calendar year, so it really doesn't apply.
It's the same for everyone so it is fair. Disruptive, heavy-handed and open to manipulation, but definitely fair.
Please tell me HonestHull isn't anyone on here.... http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=78315&st=0
It's seems that my problems with the residents of Leicester don't end with message boards, Leicester Constabulary nicked me last night, for doing 90-96mph over a 5km stretch of the M1.

That's got to be either a wind up or a Leicester fan. If not then what an even bigger bell end,I lost the will to live halfway through reading it. HonestHull can honestly get ****ed.
