Yeah you’re right. He made a 14 minute sub appearance for West Ham, before going to forest.
Think we could get him back as this season has been a no goer for him. He’d fit the Juric style of play.

JWP was such pointless sale. I can only assume JWP really pushed for it, I wasn’t really following that sale so don’t know how it went down but it seems **** all round that one.

Not really if we are playing 3. We have THB, Bednarek, Stephens, Wood and ABK so one more isn’t going to indicate one leaving I’d say. Could mean Bree doesn’t play centre back any more, or Wood/THB/Stephens injury is bad.

I don’t really see the point in a loan with no option but that’s another conversation

Seems like he started the season as a starter at Strasbourg but has been benched the last 5 or so games, no idea why he was dropped or if he got injured. A loan with no obligation at 20 years old would indicate he’s coming to play regularly rather than just adding to depth at centre back
 
I mean Stephen’s has missed more games than he’s been available anyway…so I doubt him continuing to be injured has caused this. If THBs injury was bad and he’s out for months, then maybe? Otherwise seems a bit needless to me unless someone is leaving. Could be ABK or Taylor I suppose.

Bednarek, THB, Bree, Stephens, Wood, ABK, Taylor. Plenty already. Not to mention, we don’t HAVE to play with 3.

Wasn't it mentioned that Wood got injured this week as well? I'd say that might have pushed us into doing something depending on the severity, and then it's potentially this new guy keeping a place warm for Edwards to return in the summer.

ABK clearly isn't an option no matter what.

And I’d say Taylor isn’t either if we won’t bring ABK off the bench and yet he still makes the bench

Interesting debate this one. So failed to impress at the spammers and Forest. Maybe looked good in our team from 2018 onwards as we were so devoid of quality after Tadic, Mane, Wanyama etc left. Cant remember him really shining in the golden period 2014 to 2016 when we had good players. Maybe we all had our Saints spectacles on. I thought he did not reach his full potential and did not influence games enough bar the set pieces.
