It’s open to democrat voters, but that’s not its intended target. I think Kamala Harris is on record saying that both amendments are sacrosanct, so I would imagine most dems wouldn’t be interested in signing an Elon Musk / Trump backed petition saying the same thing.
The money is an incentive to get republicans who either aren’t registered or might not go out and vote, to vote Trump, and the free speech and gun rights book is something that the GOP have tried to claim would be under threat under the Dems

Aye, Elon, like most rich people, probably, in the past, espoused left wing rhetoric because they felt that, as a person of interest, they had to do so, in order to keep from being victimised.
Now they see that isnt the case, as a lot of the planet is waking up, and the left is becoming more and more insane, they are likely starting to show their real selves.
