For the record I’m not sick enough to not want to sign a striker just to see a meltdown over the road.
I said last night I was getting apprehensive about the striker purchase. More so now. Simic sounded like the one last night. I dont see Cannon coming here personally. Where does that leave us I wonder.
I know we like to keep things under wraps. However, 1 day to go and no real rumours feels nervy to me. I dont see us panicking and signing somebody off the cuff. Makes me think we may have gone through our targets and have been unable to get a deal done. Hope I am wrong but I am starting to think we may not get the striker we want again. RLB will need to earn his money if that is the case to keep us pushing on. Not impossible and I cant believe how much Mayenda has improved. Lets see.

They need 2 strikers mate. Why they aren’t all over Toney or Osimhen blows my mind.
They are a beautiful team to watch and sign either of those and they win the league. It’s baffling.
Delighted I’ve got tomorrow off work like. Nice round of golf in the morning. Something lush from somewhere for my lunch, then back home to get comfy and watch the increasing rage overcome the entirety of RTG as we fail to bring in a striker. If Carlsberg made days…
