Clubs in a brilliant place atm. The feel good factor is back. I’m really taking to RLB. Players look like they’re fighting for the shirt again.

my only ‘dig’ is we don’t have a senior centre forward. Other than that I’m really impressed with everything the club is doing and there’s still time for my one problem.
Is it? I certainly don’t see it. Most supporters I know who attend games week in, week out aren’t expecting much this season.

I’m not talking about the fans.

and to be quite honest we have a notoriously reactive and negative fan base imo. Not all of course but a large percentage.

im talking about the players, body language, interviews, engagement. They all look like they did under TM

Personally, I think we'll have a loan in from the prem by Monday or Tuesday. My money would be on Mubama or Lankshear. Then we'll get Mendy at somepoint towards the end.
My pal (not ITK) was saying he's staying at Spurs, something he read?

Bit of a shame, but personally, I'd like someone with a bit league experience on loan if we could. I'd be very content with Al Hamadi alongside Mendy.

Too early to call that, we’ve played one league game, one cup game where we were ****e and a few meaningless friendlies.

Where they will ship him straight out on loan probably. I'd rather we weren't interested. Would have been happy to get him here as a permanent but not to develop him for city.
He's staying at City for a season, then going out on loan. Bit of a bizarre move from him if he wanted to leave West Ham in order to play but has gone to a side where he is less likely to play.

Money talks, bullshit walks?

Can't say he is leaving West ham to play then sit on the bench at city for a season!

Can’t agree with that like. Thought they gave it a good go against a full strength Preston side and really fought to try and get something.

But you can tell in all the clubs media content (which was none existent under MB and MD) the players look happier again. It’s been noted in a few interviews of them really praising the manager. And the effort is second to none compared to last season.

so I don’t think it’s too early to call at all. Application is there

There's no way Jobe would sign an extension if things, at the club, weren't good.

None of those will start tomorrow tbf ...

... and people are saying Sheff Wed look great after beating a side our reserves would've given a game.

Isn't that too early to call as well?
Sheff Wed ended last season brilliantly and have started this one well too. It’ll be tough on Sunday but fingers crossed we can get a result.

They weren’t tested by Plymouth mind at all. Not counting the cup game was a fully rotated side
