I do like to browse this thread for latest transfer news. Gossip, rumours but **** me I must be getting old. I have no idea who 99% of these names are that are brought up. Won't even pretend to know either. Just looking forward to seeing what we end up with and what we can do with them.
No problem really as 99% of them are either made up bollox or else players we have been after but failed to sign.

They've got Solanke, Richarlison, Werner and Son all capable of playing through the middle. I'd sill expect Lankshear to go out on loan

Thing is as well though Lankshear apparently needs one more year at Spurs to be counted as “club trained home grown” so they might keep him around due to that.

Can't believe nothings been announced today after what both Acun and Tan said before the Bristol game. It feels like the lad from Ecuador has been close for the past 2 weeks. Same for Hughes.

Apparently what Tan said about Hughes didn't go down well. I can understand why to be fair. It's unlike Tan to speak about other clubs players unless the deal is 99% done, which doesn't seem to be the case.

Listening to Walter’s pre match press conference, he didn’t expect any signings in before Wednesday

I wonder if Spurs will loan out Lucas Bergvall I saw him live playing for DIF quite a lot last season and he tore up the Allsvenskan not to mention Europa League. He's only 18 but already a full international.

Talking about DIF players I'm surprised we haven't been linked with Deniz Hummet seeing as he's a dual Turkish citizen and a striker.

I don’t think (might be wrong) that loans out affect the home-grown status of a player. If a player trains at a club for 3yrs between the ages of 15-21, they are home grown by the club. Ronaldo is classed as HG by MUFC because of this.

He only joined from Sheffield United in 2022. Before then he was at Arsenal.
