It makes as much sense to you as it does to me. All my mate said was that Acun made informal approaches to local business owners about potentially buying the club from him. He didn’t say which business owners or if any of them were interested but just that he wants out and to focus on Fenerbahçe.
Probably the Healys, richest people in our area by a mile. They have absolutely no interest at all. The owners will have to come from foreign lands.

Even assuming it's true that Acun is looking for a way out, would that really explain the transfer strategy? Why would he want to let the team become so weak whilst he's trying to sell it? Not sure there's a link that makes sense there. Seems to me that we're failing to do deals and missing out on players, rather than not wanting to do them.
