I think it would be massively short sighted not to use the loan market. As we've seen it can offer us quality we haven't got a chance of signing permanently (if used correctly)
I cant say ive ever heard of Poveda tbf. I see he plays on the RW so hopefully hes better than Roberts and Ba
But if they don't feel Johnson is ready this allows us to loan him out and play regularly in league one (ideal scenario) This can also help our younguns
Genuinely view Seelt as the partner we need for Ballard. Will need a bit patience but I suspect he's worth it
The more i read about this Nelson the better he looks tbf but still unconvinced. LCFC fan otr saying they had a friendly in whihc Coady, Souttar, Nelson and a new 14 million signing played CB and Nelson was the best of the lot
As I said. In a few years he might be. But only league 2 experience, I want a higher level of that to get into our team.
You never know, than Ben Nelson link might actually be permanent not loan. He's very very highly rated though at Leicester, so I doubt it. Like @Prehab26 says I'd prefer a more experienced option back there. This lad would have been a good signing if we didn't have so many other young but not quite ready centre backs. When is Zak Jonson back from Ireland? He's there until January right? He could probably do with a League One loan when he comes back with a view to being ready for our first team squad next season.
I never thought id get over my addiction to the Hokey cokey, but ive turned myself around and thats what its all about
Yes right lad. Only season of games was Donny I think. A few games at championships level. My point is , I want us to take less of a chance on young loans who just may be good and look at a higher level of player. Otherwise develop our own. We signed a load of young lads last couple of years. Give them a chance. Or have they been failed signings ?
